Behnad is the founder of FIT TO TRAIN Human Performance Systems Inc., based in Vancouver, British Columbia. A practicing clinician with extensive experience in sports therapy, he has worked at several leading sports medicine and rehabilitation clinics throughout his career.

He previously served as the Director of Physical Therapy for the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League (NHL) and continues to consult with the organization. Behnad also served as a Program Coordinator at the University of British Columbia (UBC) School of Kinesiology and remains a consultant to both the School of Kinesiology and UBC Varsity Athletics.
