Dr. Dollin earned his Honours Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Toronto. He completed his Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Ottawa, where he served as Co-Chief Resident, followed by a Retina Fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.

His academic and clinical interests focus on age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and surgical outcomes in retinal detachment repair, macular hole surgery, and secondary intraocular lens fixation.

Dr. Dollin is an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa and a Clinician Investigator at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI). He also serves as Residency Program Director for Ophthalmology and contributes as an editorial reviewer for several leading international retinal journals.
