About Stefanie
I’m Stefanie Senior, a Registered Dietitian with over 16 years of experience helping women reach their weight-loss goals in a way that’s personalized, realistic, and sustainable.
My journey as a dietitian began in 2008, when I helped run a 12-week weight management program at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. That experience sparked something in me: a deep passion for helping people take control of their health in a way that feels empowering—not restrictive.
In 2011, I took the leap into private practice, and it quickly became more rewarding than I ever imagined. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of incredible women, both one-on-one and in group settings, across a variety of Toronto communities and organizations—from academic institutions like the University of Toronto to corporate environments such as the Royal Bank of Canada.
But my passion for this work is also deeply personal.
Before becoming the dietitian I am today, I spent 12 years struggling with relentless cravings, frustrating weight fluctuations, and the endless search for a diet strategy that would finally work.
I know what it feels like to be stuck in the cycle of dieting, giving in to cravings, overeating, and then being left with guilt and disappointment. I tried countless strategies, always hoping the next one would be the answer.
Eventually, I realized that lasting weight loss isn’t about finding the perfect diet or having more willpower. It’s about understanding your body, changing your relationship with food, and creating habits that actually fit into your real life.
That realization transformed my own approach—and ultimately shaped the way I help women today.
My goal is to help you step away from the all-or-nothing mindset and finally find an approach to eating and weight loss that feels sustainable, flexible, and freeing.
Because you shouldn’t have to spend another year starting over.
