Dr. Patrick Chin is an orthopaedic surgeon with clinical expertise in shoulder arthroscopy, shoulder arthroplasty, and upper extremity reconstruction, as well as elbow and knee arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction.

He serves as Division Head of Upper Extremity Reconstruction Surgery and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia. In addition to his academic and clinical roles, Dr. Chin is actively involved in professional sports medicine, serving as an orthopaedic consultant for the Vancouver Canadians, Toronto Blue Jays, NHLPA, WHL, and CSSHL.

Dr. Chin is also dedicated to community service and youth sports. He is a past coach and board member of Dunbar Little League and currently serves as President of the Canadian Shoulder and Elbow Society.
