Dr. Zorn is a former Associate Professor of Urology at the University of Montreal (CHUM) and the University of Chicago, with subspecialty expertise in robotic surgery and the surgical management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

His career has been defined by a strong commitment to research and innovation. Dr. Zorn was among the first in Canada and Québec to adopt several advanced BPH technologies, including GreenLight XPS, Rezūm, iTind, Optilume, and Aquablation. He is also actively involved in clinical trials evaluating emerging therapies such as ProVee and UroCross.

In addition, Dr. Zorn has introduced cutting-edge diagnostic and procedural technologies to clinical practice in Canada, including point-of-care ultrasound systems such as Clarius and Butterfly iQ, as well as single-use AMBU aScope cystoscopes to enhance efficiency and patient safety.

Recognized internationally, Dr. Zorn is among the first physicians worldwide to be designated a Center of Excellence for Rezūm therapy and GreenLight laser vaporization, including the Vapor Incision Technique (VIT). He is a sought-after international speaker and surgical educator in these areas.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Zorn has performed a high volume of advanced urologic procedures, including more than 2,500 TURP procedures, over 3,000 GreenLight PVP procedures, more than 1,000 HoLEP procedures, and over 1,200 Aquablation treatments. His experience also includes more than 2,000 Rezūm procedures, over 300 Optilume BPH TURBO procedures, more than 250 iTind procedures, over 300 UroLift procedures, and participation in clinical studies involving more than 30 Zenflow treatments.
